Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized therapy to clients through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline targeted goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to support client safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in strict compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on serving a diverse client population, particularly individuals facing end-of-life issues, grief, and loss, as well as those coping with chronic illnesses. This position demands sensitivity and understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals in hospice care, and the ability to support both clients and their families through their mental health and emotional struggles.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health or outpatient settings.
• Profound knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and contemporary treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by strong assessment abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in hospice care, end-of-life planning, or working with patients dealing with terminal illnesses is a significant advantage. Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in healthcare settings will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
