Renesas is seeking a Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead operations within our Palm Bay Fab 59 manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance.
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing operations, develop and coach employees, and ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of production and maintenance employees in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Drive daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and support career growth.
  • Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support workforce planning, employee performance management, staffing decisions, and training initiatives.
  • Manage shift operations and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist with budget administration and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization.

Qualifications
Required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred
  • Bachelors' degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or applicable manufacturing experience.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Additional Information
This opportunity is on a compressed work week schedule which consists of 12-hour shifts 3 days a week one week, and 4 days the next, 6:45am to 7:15pm Sunday thru Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.
This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person.
