We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Mountain Springs Wellness & Counseling Services. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with primary care providers to monitor patient progress, ensuring a holistic approach to each individual’s healthcare plan.
  • Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.
  • Identify at-risk patients and formulate relapse prevention plans, helping to enhance their stability and functioning within the community.
  • Coordinate care with other behavioral health service providers, linking patients with additional resources as necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with primary care teams to stay updated on patients’ holistic care requirements and successes.
  • Provide training and support to patients regarding self-management techniques, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery journey.
  • Participate in regular consultation sessions with clinic management to discuss program evaluation and improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals, ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained at all times.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with mental health issues, emotional distress, and psychological disorders. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds of each client. Clients may present with various challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychosocial conditions. Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling is required.
  • Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure in Texas.

  • A deep understanding of developmental psychopathology, family therapy, and behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 87,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
