Job description

This position is in Driftwood, TX - southwest of Austin.

Job description:

We are currently taking applications for a night shift caregiver, full time, to watch over sleeping boys at night in a residential setting in Driftwood, TX. This work involves supervising and providing guidance for at-risk youth in a structured, supportive role.

Provide direct care and support to residents during night shifts.

Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents' rights while fostering a respectful atmosphere.

This position is for 10 hours per shift, 4 days per week, some weekend days included.

This schedule is dependent on what works for both parties and can be subject to change.

The night staff MUST remain awake for the entire shift, being responsible for ensuring the boys’ safety.

  • $200 signing bonus and wage review after successful 90 day probation.
  • Health Benefits available for Full Time, Paid Time Off available for all positions.
  • Must be 21 or older with a valid TX driver’s license and be a HS graduate.
  • Must be able to pass background checks, drug screen, TB test.
  • Must have the capability and strength to be able to control an average sized teen male.
