Job description

International Contracts and Pricing Representative (Associate or Experienced)

Company:

The Boeing Company

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an International Contracts and Pricing Representative (Associate or Experienced) to join the Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) team in Hazelwood, MO.

This position will be supporting DCS repairs across multiple international customers and platforms. The selected candidate will interface with international customers and collaborate with other Boeing functions to develop proposals and support contract execution. This role will be responsible for standardizing repair processes, reviewing work of others and tracking metrics for backlog and completed effort. This position will also coordinate repair activity across multiple teammates.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies

  • Support presentation of business solutions to preserve and expand the business

  • Represent the company, supports external negotiations to a diverse set of customers

  • Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company

  • Coordinate with many other internal functions to meet customer requirements, which requires strong organization and communication skills

  • Summarize contractual issues, support development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

  • 1+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience pricing proposals in Sustainment Pricing System (SPS) or ProPricer

  • 1+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

  • 1+ years of experience with proposal management, strategies development and/or contract negotiations

  • 1+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
