Your opportunity

The International Account Solutions team Orlando, Florida is a team within Operational Services Account Solutions servicing clients around the world.  International Account Solutions provides operations and customer service support to international clients and internal partners to help grow and service our existing client base.

What you’ll do:

The ideal candidate will be tasked with supporting all functions performed by International Account Solutions.  This role will require expertise in the new account opening process for both Retail and Institutional clients. Demonstrated customer service skills and proven problem resolution skills. Candidates must have the ability to identify and control risk exposure to Schwab and our clients.  To be able to work cohesively in a team environment while accurately and efficiently assisting clients and internal partners. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible and have the ability to multi-task and embrace change.

What you have
  • Financial industry experience and or international experience preferred
  • Experience handling multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with investment advisors preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer service skills and experience working with regulatory or risk issues
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple processes.
  • Effective analytical skills and problem-solving skills. 
  • Series 7, 63 preferred
