The mission of this full-time position is to source, recruit, interview, and hire qualified Financial Advisors to grow the Renaissance Financial Team. This will be accomplished through sourcing applications, fostering meaningful relationships with candidates in all forms of communication, strategizing with the recruiting team and leadership for talent optimization and market reach, and serving as a resource for new Financial Advisors as they become fully licensed and onboarded.  

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. 
  • Screen qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. 
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles. 
  • Build and foster external relationships with universities, local organizations, and alumni groups. 
  • Attend and host events on campus, in the office, and at venues to further brand Renaissance Financial and to attract prospective candidates. 
  • Proactively source and identify potential interns through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.  
  • Create a positive and respectful candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.  
  • Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. 

Other duties may be assigned to meet the organization’s needs.  

Essential Characteristics: 

  • This position requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct. 
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Renaissance Financials’ history, mission, and goals. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to evaluate candidates and identify their potential contributions to the culture and growth of the firm. 
  • Internal motivation and drive to exceed hiring metric expectations and a candidate’s experience with Renaissance Financial.  

Education, Training & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar Talent Acquisition role.
