As Digital Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of Melaleuca's digital initiatives by coordinating resources, managing priorities, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to completion. Working closely with Digital Design, Front-End Development, Content, Email Marketing, Analytics, and business stakeholders, you'll help deliver exceptional digital experiences that support one of the world's leading wellness brands.

This role is ideal for an organized, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex scheduling and resource challenges, and excels at bringing cross-functional teams together to achieve shared goals.


  • Plan and execute digital marketing projects from initiation through delivery.

  • Coordinate digital marketing resources to maximize team capacity and ensure projects remain on schedule.

  • Partner with Digital Design, Development, Content, Email Marketing, Analytics, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver digital initiatives.

  • Manage project priorities, dependencies, timelines, and resource allocations.

  • Facilitate Agile sprint planning and coordinate work assignments across the Digital Marketing team.

  • Maintain project workflows, task management systems, and scheduling tools.

  • Prepare project status reports and executive-level updates for leadership.

  • Collaborate with functional managers, product managers, and project managers to prioritize work and align resources.

  • Identify potential scheduling or resource conflicts and proactively recommend solutions.

  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to technical and business audiences.

  • Embrace continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and team performance.

  • Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.


To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a Digital Marketing, IT, or related project management environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience working within Agile environments and managing team sprint planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Team Foundation Server (TFS), or SharePoint.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional digital marketing or software development teams.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
