The Program Manager, People Strategy supports the advancement of Micron's People strategy by managing portfolio visibility, developing executive communications, and ensuring alignment across priorities.

Working in close partnership with the Director, People Strategy, this role maintains an integrated view of strategy progress, translates complex inputs into clear, executive-ready outputs, and enables effective decision making across the People organization. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional written communication, and attention to detail. The ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, executive-ready outputs quickly is critical to success.

In a global, matrixed environment, this role partners across Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and leadership teams to ensure work is aligned, visible, and progressing against commitments. This role requires a bias towards action and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Progress tracking & reporting: Track progress against strategy commitments, consolidate updates, and provide clear, accurate executive reporting.

  • Executive communication: Develop concise, executive-level materials including strategy presentations, updates, and decision support content.

  • Integration & alignment: Synthesize inputs across teams into aligned, cohesive outputs. Identify gaps, overlaps, and misalignment across initiatives.

  • Stakeholder coordination: Partner with Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and leadership teams to maintain alignment on priorities, sequencing, and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years of experience in strategy, program management, consulting, or related roles.

  • Experience working across multiple teams or stakeholders to drive alignment and progress.

  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise executive-level communications.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex and incomplete information into clear outputs.

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively while also working independently and managing ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, People strategy, or talent-related work.

  • Prior experience working in semiconductor or a technology industry.

As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth. Micron benefits are designed to help you stay well, provide peace of mind and help you prepare for the future. We offer a choice of medical, dental and vision plans in all locations enabling team members to select the plans that best meet their family healthcare needs and budget.
