Are you a strategic Program Manager with a proven track record of leading complex ERP, Dynamics 365, and enterprise technology transformations? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can drive business outcomes, influence stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams?

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager for our Denver branch to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives while ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company known not only for delivering exceptional results for our clients but also for fostering a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and having fun along the way.

A Day in the Life:
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
  • Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
  • Leverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project
  • Support a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
  • Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
  • Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
  • Requires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
  • Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
  • Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM )
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery
  • Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry
  • An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects

$115,849 - $152,040 a year
Expected salary range is $115,840 - $152,040 with a 10-15% variable incentive plan.
