Production Associate

Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Production Associate.
We're looking for a strong operational leader to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham NC area . If you're passionate about leading teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality production, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Location: RDU area
Schedule: Full-time, On-Site (Shift-based incentives)
Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + overtime opportunities + weekly pay


What You'll Do

  • Facilitiate production operations for the entire shift to ensure production goals are met
  • Plan staffing, assign work, and coordinate daily production activities
  • Monitor workflow, quality, and performance to maintain operational standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed to minimize downtime
  • Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift updates


What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and production systems (MIS preferred)
