At Proactive Technology Management, we help healthcare organizations, professional service firms, and growing businesses use AI to improve operations, automate workflows, and unlock new opportunities.

We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who enjoys both technology and people.

You'll work directly with clients to understand business challenges, design practical AI solutions, and build systems that deliver measurable results. One week you might be creating an AI-powered intake process for a healthcare client. The next, you might be building an internal knowledge assistant, automating a manual workflow, or integrating AI into an existing business application.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes ownership, enjoys learning new technologies, and wants to see their work make an immediate impact.

What Success Looks Like
  • Clients actively use solutions you build
  • Projects deliver measurable business value
  • AI solutions move from concept to production quickly
  • You become a trusted technical advisor to your clients
You'll Thrive Here If
  • You enjoy solving business problems, not just writing code
