Responsibilities and Skills for Helper Position
Assisting with Loading and Unloading the Truck using Pallet Jack
Comfortable riding in the Route Truck with the driver to customer locationsto deliver bags of ice
Assisting the driver at delivery stops by tossing ice from the back of anice truck to the driver.
Keeping the trash and inside of the truck clean in between stops
Assisting the driver in backing up at ice merchandisers
Must have physical stamina to repeatedly lift 16 lb. bags of ice whilebending for up to 12 hours daily.
Must have physical stamina to lift and carry 50 lbs. up to 12 hours daily.
Must have excellent customer service skills for interactions on the deliveryroute
Must be punctual with a strong attendance record
