Position Overview
As a Telemarketer / Outreach Representative, your primary mission will be to connect with prospective and existing clients over the phone. Youll help generate leads, renew policies, cross-sell insurance products, follow up on warm prospects, and provide excellent customer serviceall as part of our dynamic sales team.
What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls to leads, former clients, and referral lists
- Introduce and explain various insurance products (auto, renters, home, life, etc.)
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents
- Follow up with leads
- Update and maintain CRM and contact databases
- Support cross-selling and renewal efforts
- Work toward monthly call, contact, and conversion goals
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and calling skill
