As a Telemarketer, you will be calling established leads and following up with inquiries, sharing information about the company and services offered, and processing promising leads to the next step. You will also be using CRM to manage a list of leads and clients, cold calling numbers marked as potential clients, and handling any customer inquiry that comes through. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone, has excellent customer service skills, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
