About the Role:

As a Home Health RN with Kure Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Fresno, CA location.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs and develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct home visits to patients, assessing their condition, and providing necessary interventions to improve their quality of life
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with the healthcare team
  • Prioritize patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Current California RN license
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
