Seeking Health Physical Therapist for Upper and Middle Rio Grande Valley areas.
We are a home health agency with a deep commitment to quality, we are offering positions for Therapists seeking more flexibility, autonomy, are driven by a growth mindset, and who put patient care first.
Job Description: The Physical Therapist will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
What You'll Do
Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
Be willing to travel within an established radius.
Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
