Home Hope & Healing, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create your own conducive workspace while providing essential therapy services. • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, providing support and guidance tailored to their unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans after initial assessments to help clients achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, making adjustments to therapeutic interventions as needed to ensure ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate communication between clients and other healthcare providers, referring clients to community-based resources, such as support groups or specialized services, when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

The clients you will support often face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As a LMFT, your insights will be instrumental in helping these clients process their experiences and cultivate healthier relationships. The diverse demographic in the San Bernardino area encompasses families from various socio-economic backgrounds, allowing you to enhance your therapeutic skills and create more impactful outcomes.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in clinical assessment and treatment planning is required, along with knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and effective relationships with clients.

• At least two years of direct experience working as an LMFT, with a strong background in both individual and family therapy.
• Experience working within community health frameworks or similar organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual therapy sessions effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
