This feedback helps companies improve their products before they are launched to the wider market. Participation is often free, and testers may get to keep the products or receive incentives for their feedback. It's a way for companies to understand real-world use and gain honest opinions from everyday consumers.

ABOUT US
Rythm is the fastest-growing lab in America. We redefined at-home testing with the world's easiest blood test and created a culture around monthly lab testing from home. We've processed millions of tests across all 50 states, and we do everything in-house, from sample testing and logistics to code, marketing, and design. That vertical integration gives us the speed, control, and creativity to shape the future of health and wellness.
THE ROLE
As the Lab Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping shape the future of personalized health.

We're looking for someone who combines strong execution with strategic thinking, enjoys operating in ambiguity, and is excited to help build systems, processes, and experiences that scale. You'll have significant ownership, influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future of both the company and your function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Receive, open, and sort incoming specimen envelopes; flag damaged shipments.
  • Sort/triage samples by registration status.
  • Perform pre-analytical prep including declotting prior to instrument loading.
  • Support general workflow, such as centrifuging, labeling, organizing.
  • Maintain a clean and compliant workspace; assist with supplies and waste.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's Degree required; science coursework a plus
  • Prior lab, clinical, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail on repetitive, high-volume tasks
  • Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
  • Comfortable working with biological specimens (training provided)
  • Reliable and punctual; able to stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer literacy for sample data logging

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Rythm Health offers a benefits package which includes:
  • Highly competitive base salary.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment.
  • Meaningful work that genuinely impacts people's lives.
  • Equity: Meaningful equity stake aligned with the scope and seniority of this role.
  • Monthly Rythm Health membership with full access to at-home blood testing and personalized health insights.
  • Unlimited vacation policy.
  • 401(k).
  • The opportunity to help define the future of personalized health.
  • High ownership and visibility from day one.
  • Small, collaborative, mission-driven team.
  • Ability to shape both product and design culture early.
