At CareBuilders at Home, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!

As a Home Care Registered Nurse with CareBuilders at Home, you’ll play a vital role in assessing client needs, ensuring their safety, and supervising the care provided by our talented team of caregivers. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to create personalized care plans that align with their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.

  • Supervises caregiving and competency of caregivers.

  • Maintains confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
