You will review applications, verify information, and fund the loan! You’ll help customers every step of the way, whether it’s taking payments, answering questions, or calling on past-due accounts with solutions and professionalism. It’s an important, customer-facing position that requires the right person, and that could be you!
What You’ll Do
Offer Stellar Customer Service
• Greet every customer with a smile and enthusiasm, whether in-person or over the phone.
• Explain the reasons for borrowing from Dollar Loan Center and why we’re the best in the business to customers inquiring.
• Dive into loan applications, ensuring all info is accurate and completely clarified.
• Process loans quickly while sticking to our underwriting guidelines.
• Break down loan contracts to customers, making sure they know the ins and outs.
• Spot opportunities to approve loans and offer credit limit increases qualifying customers.
• Make marketing and informational calls to current customers informing them of how much they have available and other products available.
• Reach out to past-due accounts with timely, professional, and courteous calls.
