As a Design Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes, present customized flooring solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process from consultation to signed agreement. Compensation: Uncapped commission structure. Successful Design Consultants earn an average of $150,000-$250,000 in their first year, with top performers exceeding $300,000+ annually.
