Job description

Orgill is seeking an individual who serves as Data Entry Clerk. Someone who enters data through an electronic keyboard to process a variety of business and statistical data sources of a routine nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Key invoice data as prepared in batches by A/P Specialists in a timely manner.
  • Ensure data that was keyed is accurate on the edit report
  • Record and release batches after validation of data.
  • Prep the invoices for scanning by removing all foreign objects
  • Verify scanned documents were uploaded accurately in Meta Viewer
  • May be asked to perform other duties as needed for the team.
  • Will cross train with AnyDoc desk as backup.
  • Will cross train on the AP admin desk.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent 10 key and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Accuracy of work.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to uncertainty and constant changes in technology.
