Customer Service Representative

Mountain Home Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! Our customer service representatives answer calls from existing and potential customers while using a computerized system for tracking information, troubleshooting, and providing information about products and services. In addition, our CSR's schedule service appointments and update customer's accounts.

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+year customer service experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed
