Call Center Representative

Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay Palm Harbor, FL $25.00 per hour

Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact homeowners, set qualified appointments for our sales team, follow up on leads, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Contact homeowners by phone and schedule free in-home consultations

  • Follow company scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs

  • Answer questions and handle objections professionally

  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM

  • Confirm appointments for canvassers and sales representatives

  • Answer inbound calls generated from marketing campaigns

  • Follow up with prospective customers
