We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Suncrest Physical Therapy in Virginia City, Nevada. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality physical therapy services to children in a home care environment. This position operates onsite primarily within the homes of pediatric patients in Virginia City and surrounding areas. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physical abilities and needs of pediatric patients using age-appropriate testing methods.
• Design personalized treatment plans aimed at improving motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and closely monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on response.
• Educate families and caregivers on effective exercise techniques, stretches, and activities to support their child's therapy at home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest pediatric therapy techniques and best practices.

Our primary focus is on children from infancy through adolescence, addressing a wide range of physical conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, developmental delays, and rehabilitation needs following surgeries or accidents. We approach each child's case with tailored strategies ensuring inclusivity and responsiveness to their evolving needs.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Nevada state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Active CPR and First Aid certification, ensuring preparedness for any situation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively conveying complex information to children and their families.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working synergistically within a team setting to enhance patient care.

• At least 2 years of prior experience in pediatric physical therapy, delivering innovative and effective treatment solutions.
• Experience in home health settings, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in various environments.
• A passion for working with children, showcasing an ability to motivate and inspire them to achieve their developmental goals.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
