  • Responsibilities
    • Make every member feel welcomed and "at home"
    • Assist service staff with maintaining high quality service
    • Clearing and resetting all tables promptly and efficiently
    • Ensure server station is stocked with service ware
    • Monitor work areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
    • Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the dining area, and midday re-sets as needed
    • Communicate with the manager on duty of any issues and assist as needed
    • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage Management Team
    • Attend and participate at all scheduled meetings and trainings
    • Provide feedback on guest comments or complaints to the management
    • Must be 16 years or older
    • Consistent weeknight and weekend availability
    • Presentable - Able to put your best foot forward and present yourself in a clean and professional way to our members
  • Strong Communication Skills - Able to assess needs and desires by communicating with our members and team
  • Team Player - Work closely with Food and Beverage department leaders and fellow team members to meet goals
    • Fast-Paced - Able to manage multiple tasks at once of differing needs
    • Ability to move and lift up to 25 – 50lbs
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
