Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading supply chain execution for AI server, rack integration, and high-performance computing products. This role manages Production Planning/Material Control, Warehouse/Customs & Logistics, and US local procurement activities to ensure material readiness, production support, inventory control, customs compliance, logistics performance, supplier coordination, and customer delivery commitments. The Supply Chain Manager partners with Program Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and customer-facing teams to support NPI ramp, mass production, and sustaining operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead supply chain organization across Production Planning/Material Control, Warehouse/Customs & Logistics, and US local procurement to support NPI ramp, mass production, and sustaining operations.
  • Own material readiness and production planning execution, including MRP review, shortage tracking, allocation, pull-in/push-out actions, supplier follow-up, ETA validation, and recovery planning.
  • Oversee warehouse, inventory, customs, and logistics activities, including receiving, put-away, kitting, cycle counts, shipping, freight coordination, broker communication, documentation, and import/export compliance support.
  • Manage US local procurement priorities, including sourcing support, RFQ coordination, purchase order execution, delivery follow-up, cost control, and alignment with global procurement and commodity teams.
  • Drive supply chain KPI improvement, risk mitigation, escalation management, continuous improvement, and team development across planners, buyers, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain specialists.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant training or certification in supply chain, production planning, procurement, logistics, import/export compliance preferred. 

Experience:

  • More than ten (10) years of supply chain, production planning, material control, procurement, warehouse, logistics, or operations experience in electronics manufacturing or related industries, with at least three (3) years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading material readiness, shortage escalation, inventory control, warehouse execution, customs/logistics coordination, US local procurement, supplier recovery, and factory KPI management.
  • Experience supporting NPI ramp, pilot builds, mass production, engineering changes, and customer commitments for AI server, rack integration, server assembly, high-performance computing, or complex electronic systems strongly preferred.
