WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Plan and execute dealership events, client experiences, sponsorship activations, and vehicle launches, managing all logistics from concept through completion
  • Coordinate vendors, contracts, budgets, invoices, expense tracking, and payment processing to ensure accurate financial management and successful event delivery
  • Provide executive and administrative support to dealership leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, presentations, reports, and communications.
  • Manage client relations, VIP experiences, sponsorship partnerships, marketing initiatives, customer outreach, and event communications.
  • Oversee operational and facility coordination, including maintenance projects, vendor services, inventory management, and process improvements
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between leadership, departments, vendors, and corporate teams while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Manage RSVPs, invitations, guest communications, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.
  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Prompt assistance to customers with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.

Will primarily work in a retail automotive sales showroom. Will work with a computer, telephone and other office equipment as appropriate. May be asked to drive cars on occasion.
