We're Hiring: Bilingual UX Writer


Location: Montreal | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office, 1 Day Remote)

Contract: 12-Month+

English & French Required



We’re looking for a talented UX Writer (Bilingual French/English) to help shape digital experiences that connect with millions of users. This is a 12-month+ contract role in Montreal, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence how content informs, guides, and delights users.



What You’ll Do:

  • Develop content strategies that meet user needs and align with product goals.
  • Create client-focused content across digital products, including labels, explanatory text, metadata, and support content.
  • Collaborate with design, research, and product teams to define content that enhances usability and engagement.
  • Conduct content research and audits, perform competitive analysis, and test content effectiveness.
  • Advocate for users and ensure content meets accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards.
