Job description

At Cornerstone, we prioritize the individual and provide a treatment environment that promotes dignity and self-esteem. As a Registered Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. We are seeking part-time and per diem Registered Nurses to join our inpatient chemical dependency treatment program. As a Registered Nurse at Cornerstone, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to our clients.
Schedule:

  • Full-time schedule:
    Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
    Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00AM-3:30PM
  • Part-time schedule:
    EOW Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
    Rate: $43 per hour plus a $5.00 shift differential
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
  • Minimum of one year in medical/surgical nursing
  • Mental Health, Substance Abuse Facility, or Correctional Facility experience preferred
  • Must be computer literate, prior experience with electronic medical records preferred
  • Licensed by the State of New York as a Registered Nurse
  • Certification in CPR
