JOB SUMMARY: The Suites Runner is a vital member of the Premium Services team, responsible for ensuring seamless service within suites, clubs, and premium areas. This role supports servers, bartenders, and culinary staff by running food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering top-tier guest experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp attention to detail, and is committed to exceeding guest expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to suites and premium areas promptly and accurately.

  • Provide attentive, personalized guest service to enhance the premium experience.

  • Support service staff by clearing and resetting tables, running food, and assisting with guest requests.

  • Serve beverages including water, soda, beer, wine, and cocktails as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

  • Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work duties.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the venue to assist guests with inquiries.

  • Collaborate with fellow associates and service departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

  • Uphold Legends' service standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant required.

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and guest relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in high-pressure environments.

  • Must be able to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the event schedule.

  • Ability to lift and transport 10-30 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

  • Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for long periods.

  • Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers.
