As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your central tasks will include:

• Conducting empathetic and ethical individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients to express themselves.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address the specific mental health needs of clients.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique experiences, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

This role primarily focuses on providing care for low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health concerns. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full Licensure to practice independently without supervision, with one of the following credentials: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A clean professional background with no disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to empathize and connect with clients effectively.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy and the use of telehealth platforms.

Candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with remote therapy practices and experience working with diverse populations will be seen as advantageous.
