Starting Pay Rate: Per Adjunct Faculty Pay Scale

Schedule Information: Days/evenings/weekends depending upon course schedule

Job Description: Teaching AST 100 - Astronomy Survey  

Education Requirements: Master's degree in astronomy or astrophysics or a master's degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in astronomy or astrophysics.

Experience Requirements: Recent college-level teaching experience, lab development, and ability to work with course management systems such as
Blackboard are the preferred qualifications. The teaching requirement may be fulfilled through a program of supervised teaching as a graduate student.
