A Day in the Life:

In the position of Receiving QA Associate, you will ensure all products meet the quality standards set by the company. Inspect products, identify defects, and recommend improvements to the production process. Verify quantities, check for damaged goods, and ensuring labeling meets compliance requirements.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Verify counts and inspect for damages.
  • Ensure each purchase order (PO) is properly recorded with all necessary detail's descriptions, material number, quantities, country of origin, material composition and care tag labels.
  • Conduct repalletization configurations, applying labels when applicable.
  • Upload pictures of merchandise and textile information for international PO's and international orders.
  • Maintain accurate records, compile reports on inspection findings, and track trends in quality data.
  • Assist with Quarterly Inventory Preparation
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Management or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse distribution
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in industry-specific quality standards and regulations
  • Computer Skills Desired: Knowledge of Microsoft office, familiar with SAP
  • Preferred Certifications: Forklift Certification Preferred
