  • Own the editing and post-production process for all video content
  • Maintain consistent visual and brand identity across all projects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, advisors, and leadership to develop compelling video stories
  • Produce videos for podcast clips, YouTube episodes, ads, client education, and internal training
  • Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final assets
  • Provide creative input on shot selection and scripting when needed
  • Optimize videos for various platforms and formats
  • Stay up-to-date on video trends and apply best practices for engaging content
