Assistant Property Manager

Reports to: Property Manager

Location: Amherst, NY

Units: 108

Salary: $22.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 50% rent discount for onsite living

Summary:

Chestnut Ridge Apartments is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 108-unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
