Position Schedule / Shift:Service center hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., andSaturday,8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Schedule and shift assignments will depend on the position.

Position Summary:

As an Assistant Manager,you'llsupport the Facility Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the automotive repair facility. This roleis responsible forhelping drive operational performance, supporting team development, managing workflow, and ensuringa high levelof customer service. The Assistant Manager helpsmonitorkey business metrics,assistwith employee coaching and development, and provide leadership and operational support to ensure efficient shop operations and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily shop operations, including financial performance, expenses, inventory, and workflow.

  • Monitor business results and help drive productivity, revenue, and profitability goals.

  • Supervise and coach Service Advisors and other team members to meet performance and customer service expectations.

  • Partner with the Facility Manager on employee development, performance management, and policy compliance.

  • Resolve customer concerns andmaintaina high levelof customer satisfaction.

  • Promote safety compliance andassistwith incident investigations and corrective actions.

  • Help ensure the location meets operational, customer service, and businessobjectives.

  • Partner with the Facility Manager to drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, volume, revenue, gross profit, and overall business performance.

Qualifications:

Required

  • High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certificationrequired

  • Valid driver's licenserequired.

  • At least 1 year of experience working with automotive or truck systems.

  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data,identifyopportunities and risks, and make sound business decisions.

  • Proven leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, business partners, and leadership.

  • Results-driven and able to perform in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities and challenging situations.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Previoussupervisory or management and/or project management experience.

Work Environment:
