Title: On-Site Community Association Manager / Administrative Manager

Location: Gaithersburg, MD 20879
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Start Date: Thursday
Assignment Length: Temporary/Ongoing – End Date TBD
Parking: Free on-site parking
Dress Code: Business / Business Casual


Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-service-oriented On-Site Community Association Manager / Administrative Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a community association property.


This position will serve as a primary on-site point of contact for homeowners and residents while assisting with property operations, inspections, vendor coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The On-Site Manager will work under the direction of the Portfolio Manager to help ensure the community is professionally managed and maintained.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners and residents
  • Provide professional and responsive customer service to community members
  • Address homeowner questions, concerns, and general requests
  • Perform routine property and community inspections
  • Identify and report maintenance, compliance, and property-related concerns
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors and service providers
  • Monitor vendor activity and assist with scheduling or follow-up as needed
  • Support the Portfolio Manager with day-to-day property management responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and administrative documentation
  • Assist with community notices, communications, work orders, and follow-up items
  • Utilize property management software to document and track community activity
  • Maintain a professional on-site presence and positive relationship with homeowners, vendors, and management


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management, community association management, HOA/condominium management, or a related administrative role preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable interacting directly with homeowners, residents, vendors, and management
  • Ability to perform property inspections and follow up on identified issues
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently while following direction from the Portfolio Manager


Software

This company uses Vantaca community association management software. Previous Vantaca experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary.


Compensation & Schedule

This position pays $27.00 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Free on-site parking is available.

We are looking for someone who can step into an on-site community management environment, provide excellent service to homeowners, and help keep daily property operations organized and running smoothly.
