Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Sales Associate / Manager in Training to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store operations, and receive hands-on, in-depth training designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

*              Customer Care: Provide welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to help customers navigate our product selection with confidence.

*              Register & Cash Handling: Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions with precision.

*              Inventory & Shipping: Assist with receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing incoming shipments to keep stock levels accurate and shelves filled.

*              Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing sales floor and backroom.

*              Leadership Development: Actively participate in on-the-job training to learn store operations, management processes, and team leadership skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

*              Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older (required for compliance with industry regulations).

*              Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliable cash-handling ability, and effective communication skills.

*              Attitude: A positive, non-judgmental demeanor with a genuine desire to learn and support team goals.

*              Management Experience Track: Candidates with prior retail leadership or management experience may be considered directly for the Manager in Training (MIT) track.
