SCLHSA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Program Director B to implement the Director's service-line priorities, supervises assigned staff and ensures consistent regional workflows, accountability, follow-through and documentation are consistent with best practice guidelines, CARF standards, CCBHC requirements and all other regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications A master's degree in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field plus four years of experience providing behavioral health treatment; OR A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, nursing, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus three years of experience providing behavioral health treatment. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: As a Behavioral Health Program Director B, the incumbent will: provide leadership and daily operational oversight for the Care Coordination division in accordance with priorities established by the Director of Access, Crisis and Care Coordination and the agency direct regional care coordination and targeted case management operations for children, adults, and families and establishes consistent referral, assignment, care-planning, authorization, reassessment, transition, and closure processes develop and maintains referral relationships, resource information, eligibility guidance, partner contacts, and feedback processes that assist staff and individuals with housing, transportation, food, utilities, benefits, employment, legal assistance, recovery support, family support, and other barriers to care Position-Specific Details: Location: This position is located at SCLHSA's Administration Office located in Houma, LA. Appointment Type: Probationary Appointment Compensation: The actual starting salary depends on the education and experience of the selected applicant.
