We are currently seeking a Quality Compliance Intern to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of the Quality System, Food Safety System (SQF) and Environmental Health & Safety System (EHS) to customer requirements, internal requirements, third party standards and regulatory standards. We are looking for a minimum of summer 2026 / fall 2026 semester internship commitment, fall 2026 / spring 2027 semester internship commitment, or spring 2027 / summer 2027 semester internship commitment. The internship is onsite in De Pere, WI.

*A pre-employment drug test is required if offered the position.

Position Overview

  • Manage the process of receiving customer returns to ensure timely response to customers.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance testing.
  • Assist with Internal Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety Audits.
  • Document corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
  • Operate a wide variety of test equipment to help identify root cause associated with CAPAs.
  • Develop professional skills working cross-functionally in order to become a well-rounded candidate for a future full-time employment.

Position Requirements

  • Student enrolled full time at an accredited university pursuing a quality related career. Some applicable majors may include Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Food Safety, Safety, or Packaging.
  • Knowledge of and ability to effectively utilize the English language.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
