Ultimate Image Printing is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company specializing in digital, offset, and large-format printing. We're passionate about quality and innovation, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect items for damage or discrepancies. Document and report any issues accurately.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, conduct cycle counts, update records in inventory systems, and assist with full physical audits.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
  • Follow company safety standards and guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete and maintain accurate paperwork for receiving, shipping, and returns.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, implement process improvements to increase efficiency, and support seasonal or high-volume workload periods.
