Designs, develops, and maintains scalable models, and processes for array of interconnected tools and capabilities. Works within an agile environment to lead data analysts, business analysts and data engineers through the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Designs and implements SQL based processes to automate data workflows and enhance intelligence and reporting efficiency. Directs software developers using Java and reporting/database tools. Blends technology and business expertise to coach, mentor, and develop associates.
