The Senior Analyst – Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the growth of Walmart's U.S. eCommerce business by creating high-quality, customer-focused product graphics and digital content. This role is responsible for designing visually compelling assets that enhance online product pages, uphold brand standards, and improve the customer shopping experience. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Senior Analyst manages multiple creative projects, delivers consistent, high-quality work, and stays current with eCommerce design trends and best practices to drive business impact.

The eCommerce Creative Studio creates customer-focused visual content that helps millions of customers discover, understand, and confidently purchase products online. Our team partners with Merchandising, eCommerce, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable creative solutions that strengthen brand consistency and enhance the customer experience. We value creativity, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence, empowering our associates to make a meaningful impact while shaping the future of digital retail.
What you'll do:
  • Design high-quality graphics and product content for eCommerce item pages.
  • Create customer-focused content aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Execute within established creative direction using production tools and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver creative solutions.
  • Build expertise in eCommerce design, creative trends, and emerging tools.
  • Ensure compliance – Support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and applying these principles in executing business processes and practices.

  • A portfolio showcasing product-related infographics and digital content.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with program managers, production teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
