  • Coordinate post-production workflows, working with editors, animators, designers, and other creative partners to ensure that content deadlines are met and that post-production comes within budget.
  • Review video edits and provide feedback to ensure alignment with creative vision, product goals, and instructional or ministry objectives.
  • Oversee the selection of music, graphics, and other creative assets that support the final product.
  • Ensure final deliverables are formatted and prepared for distribution across platforms.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and production workflows to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Track expenses, coordinate contracts, and support vendor negotiations.
  • Maintain organized documentation, schedules, and production resources across projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve video production processes and workflows.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.

  • Support and mentor junior team members or freelancers as needed.
  • BA/BS in the Arts, Film Production, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years minimum of professional video production experience; 3-5 years preferred.
  • Experience managing video projects from concept through delivery. Have a portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities.
