Associate Vice President - Legal Search

Location: Brickell, Miami, FL


We're a leading executive search and recruitment firm specializing in legal recruitment, partnering with top law firms across the United States. As our Miami team continues to expand, we're looking for an Associate Vice President to help drive the growth of our US legal search practice.


As an Associate Vice President, you'll play a key role in delivering high level legal search assignments, building relationships with leading attorneys and law firms across the US market. You'll work closely with senior leadership while taking ownership of search processes, candidate engagement strategies, and market development initiatives.


You'll work alongside experienced recruiters in a high-performance environment that rewards ambition, initiative, and results. The role offers the opportunity to lead and develop junior recruiters while playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the Miami office.


What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience within recruitment or executive search, within a professional candidate-driven market (Legal recruitment is preferred but not required)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering retained and/or contingent search assignments
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior recruiters (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, competitive, and driven by success
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
