  • Create end-to-end user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed UX designs that simplify complex experiences.
  • Gather and translate user, stakeholder and business needs into clear requirements and practical design solutions.
  • Work closely with business, product and engineering stakeholders across different domains to support efficient delivery and successful implementation.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong professional UX design experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating website design, major redesigns and end-to-end digital experiences.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of an existing website or digital experience and redesign it from discovery and requirements through to detailed design.
  • Strong experience creating user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes and translating complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centred design, usability and accessibility principles, with the ability to explain and support design decisions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving contract environment, build relationships quickly and collaborate with business, product and engineering stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering UX design within financial services, consulting or other complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working across multiple industries, products or business domains.
  • Experience contributing to user research and usability testing and incorporating findings into design decisions.
  • Familiarity with established design systems and component-based approaches to digital design.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams during design handover, implementation and design quality reviews.

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.
  • Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services.
