Business Manager, Treasury Management Revenue Ops Team

Summary:

The Treasury Management (TM) Revenue Operations Team partners with TM Sales Leadership to establish sales strategy + expectations, maintain data integrity, and design + deliver accountability mechanisms to drive sales behaviors.

You will own the Revenue Operations team agenda and work roadmap - providing TM Sales Leadership with reporting, strategy, and intent needed to run sales effectively. You will own reporting across new opportunities, customer management, sales pipeline management and performance & portfolio data. You will provide TM intent to BA, DA, Product, Ops and Tech partners to support reporting, destination CRM development, and centralized concepts and infrastructure.

We are looking for a highly motivated & fungible performer and strong storyteller who is able to tackle the unknowns, establish new & forward-thinking structure and processes, and partner horizontally across the organization.

GeneralResponsibilities:

  • Strategy: Develop business strategies and sales expectations that will drive growth, efficiency, and competitive success for Treasury Management Sales

  • Leadership: Coaching and mentoring associates with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One. May include formal people management / work lead responsibilities.

  • Agenda-Setting: Develop Revenue Operations team agenda and work roadmap

  • Performance Reporting: Design and implement accountability mechanisms and reporting to drive sales outcomes

  • Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently

  • Partnership: Work closely with TM Sales Leadership and centralized sales analytics team and cross-functional partners including Product, Data, Design, Tech, Operations to drive alignment on reporting, TM intent, and shared standards

BasicQualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in analysis

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services

  • 1+ year of experience in consulting

  • 2+ years of experience in people management

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Sales Force Effectiveness

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Business Manager


New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Business Manager


Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Business Manager









Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
