Monmouth Cards is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our store. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on delivering a great in-store experience, helping customers find products, and supporting daily store operations. Ideal for students or anyone interested in trading cards and collectibles.
Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations 
  •  Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging in-store experience 
  •  Support sales of sealed product, single cards, and supplies 
  •  Help maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising 
  •  Process transactions accurately and efficiently 
  •  Restock inventory and assist with product displays 
  •  Support in-store events, promotions, and busy periods 
Qualifications

  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  Reliable and able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends)
