Company Description Voulez Vous is an immersive cabaret experience where dining, performance, and nightlife converge into a fully curated journey. Positioned at the intersection of luxury hospitality and experiential entertainment, it reimagines the traditional dinner show and elevates the modern nightlife experience. Every detail—from choreography and lighting to service and atmosphere—is crafted to create a world guests step into, not just a place they visit. Currently in a pre-opening phase, Voulez Vous is developing its flagship destinations in Chicago, IL and Naples, FL, with themed cabaret nights, private events, corporate entertainment, and signature shows designed for guests who value artistry and exceptional hospitality.

Role Description The Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Willowbrook, IL responsible for leading all beverage operations within Voulez Vous’ immersive cabaret environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing bar service, curating beverage menus that align with the creative concept, managing inventory and ordering, and ensuring compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations. The role involves supervising and scheduling bar staff, providing ongoing training and coaching, and maintaining high standards of guest service throughout performances and events. The Beverage Manager collaborates closely with culinary team to support seamless service for themed nights, private functions, and corporate bookings, while monitoring sales performance and contributing to strategies that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Food & Beverage expertise, including bar operations, mixology fundamentals, and menu development.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering high-touch, hospitality-driven experiences in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in Training and coaching front-of-house or bar teams, including onboarding, performance feedback, and skill development.
  • Background in Sales and upselling strategies, with the ability to analyze beverage performance and support revenue growth.
  • Budgeting and cost control capabilities, including inventory management, waste reduction, and working within financial targets.
  • Previous leadership experience in upscale nightlife, luxury hospitality, or experiential entertainment settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing show schedules.
  • Knowledge of local and state alcohol regulations; certification in responsible beverage service is preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event and performance schedules.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
